As I prepare to head out for a leadership retreat, I'm trying to decide which books to pack for any downtime I might have while away. Looking at my pluthera of books i realize there are some great leadership must-reads that I'd love to share with you in hopes of helping encouraging you in your own professional and personal growth as a leader.
