During this call I’ll get to know you and your business, including your goals, priorities, successes, challenges, what you may feel are the root issues/areas of concern, and what you are hoping to achieve through the consulting process.
After meeting for the initial discovery meeting, ideally an on-site visit will be conducted. Consulting will conclude with a disclosure of findings meeting including an analysis of the issues, recommendations, and suggested resources to utilize.
